Constituted under the DICON Act, SPO-DICON exists to bring together international platforms, technologies, and industrial partners into a coherent Nigerian security architecture that serves every agency — Armed Forces, Police, Immigration, Customs, DSS, NSCDC, and paramilitary — with systems that are owned, operated, and sustained by Nigeria.
